The PC Depot Technician I plays a foundational role in supporting our IT operations by preparing, deploying, and maintaining hardware for both internal teams and clients. This position focuses on hands-on technical work within our IT Asset Management (ITAM) and depot operations, ensuring devices are properly configured, inventoried, and deployment-ready. While much of the work happens behind the scenes, this role is critical to the speed, quality, and reliability of service delivered by our helpdesk and field teams.
