* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechatronik, Physik, Technischen Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Scrum-Prozessen sowie praktische Erfahrung als Product Owner, idealerweise mit entsprechender Zertifizierung
 * Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Koordination externer Entwicklungspartner und Dienstleister
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Eigeninitiative sowie strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Fachliche Steuerung und Koordination eines erfahrenen Embedded-Software-Teams bei der Entwicklung einer komplexen mechatronischen Systemkomponente bis zur Kundenfreigabe
 * Aufnahme, Analyse und Priorisierung von Anforderungen gemeinsam mit internen und externen Schnittstellenpartnern sowie Pflege des Product Backlogs
 * Überführung von Anforderungen in umsetzbare Entwicklungspakete und Planung der Inhalte für agile Sprints
 * Abstimmung von Produkt-Roadmaps, MVP-Strategien und weiteren Entwicklungsstufen mit relevanten Stakeholdern
 * Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Einführung der Softwarelösung sowie Sicherstellung der Funktionalität innerhalb des Gesamtsystems
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Scrum-Team, Entwicklungspartnern und Fachabteilungen zur Umsetzung technischer und organisatorischer Ziele
 * Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Bearbeitung von Produktions- und Kundenproblemen sowie Ableitung nachhaltiger Lösungen
