## About the Role

* Ein hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Gelegentliche Reisen zu unseren TenneT Standorten in Bayreuth oder Lehrte sind für Dich kein Problem

## Description

* Als IT-Service Manager in unserem Team bist Du End to End Verantwortlicher für einige unserer SaaS/Cloud und On-premise Lösungen.
 * Gemeinsam mit Deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen bist Du durchgängig für alle Phasen des IT-Service-Lebenszyklus verantwortlich (Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, kontinuierliche Serviceverbesserung)
 * Du nimmst im Rahmen von (EU-)Ausschreibungen an Vertragsverhandlungen teil und sorgst für reibungslose Service Transitions
 * Um die optimale Servicequalität für unsere Anwender zu erreichen, Du arbeitest mit internen Teams (Vertragsmanagement, IT-Security, Infrastructure) zusammen und steuerst externe IT-Partner auf Basis von SLAs und KPIs
 * Du hast die Entwicklung der Services im Blick und beim Budget und Kosten die volle Kontrolle.
 * Du stellst einen reibungslosen Übergang von IT-Projekten in den IT-Betrieb sicher
