## About the Role

* A Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field
 * At least 6 years of experience in MCU, semiconductors, or embedded systems development
 * Experience in product architecture, platform definition, or system engineering
 * Knowledge of MCU architectures such as ARM Cortex, RISC-V, or similar
 * Understanding of embedded software, peripherals, interfaces, and system integration
 * Experience translating market and customer requirements into technical specifications and supporting product lifecycle management activities
 * Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, marketing, and business teams, supported by strong communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Strategic and systems-level thinking and project or technical leadership experience
 * Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken). German would be a plus

 * Evaluate and prioritize change requests based on technical impact, feasibility, and strategic fit
 * Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to drive innovation across engineering
