 * Installation und Einrichtung der IT-Erstausstattung für neue Mitarbeitende
 * Verwaltung und Pflege der IT-Ausstattung (Desktop-PCs, Notebooks, Peripherie (Drucker, Telefon …) für die Mitarbeitenden
 * Installation und Konfiguration aktueller Betriebssysteme und Software
 * Konfiguration von PC-Systemen und Netzwerkkomponenten
 * Test von EDV-Komponenten
 * Analyse von Fehlern und Beseitigung dieser Störungen
 * Administrative Tätigkeiten, z. B. Pflege des Active Directory, DHCP, Exchange etc.
 * Mitwirkung an diversen Projekten innerhalb der IT (Front- und Back-Office)
