 * Steuerung des IT-Supports: Du priorisierst und koordinierst IT-Anfragen über unser internes Ticketsystem und sorgst für effiziente Lösungen.
 * Gestaltung neuer IT-Projekte: Du setzt innovative IT-Initiativen um, die unser Arbeitsumfeld, unsere Prozesse und Kommunikationswege nachhaltig verbessern.
