* Abgeschlossene kaufmänniche Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Erste Berufserfahung in relevanten Tätigkeitsbereichen
 * Kenntnisse der Vertragsgestaltung von Mietverträgen nach BGB
 * Sichere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
 * Erfahrung mit E-Rechnungsanforderung, idealerweise mit dem DRC-Modul von SAP
 * Erfahrung mit S4/Hana, SAP RE/FX wünschenswert
 * Hohes Maß an Flexbilität im Bezug auf Arbeitsaufgaben und der Übernahme von Sondertätigkeiten
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
 * Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse (Mind. B2)
 * Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung des automatisierten Mietvertragsmanagements auf operativer Ebene wie u.a. durch die zeitnahe Erfassung aller Geschäftsvorfälle im Contract Mangement und Anwendung der digitalen Tools
 * Gewährleistung aller im Rahmen der Automatisierung übernommenen Geschäftsvorfälle des Contract Managements (inkl. Vertragserstellung)
 * Prozess-Überwachung & Qualitätskontrollen der automatisierten Abarbeitung für (teil-) automatisierte Geschäftsvorfälle
 * Bearbeitung von Mahnungen
 * Gewährleistung der, Mietanpassungen insb. Indexierungen, sowie Bürgschaften und Kautionsmanagement
 * Eigenverantwortliche Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Organisationseinheiten und Schnittstellenpartnern zur Umsetzung von Maßnahmen, Leitplanken und Sammlung von Informationen
 * Unterstützung in Projekten mit fachlichen Kenntnissen
