Du bist bestens geeignet, wenn Du bereits Kenntnisse im First- und Second-Level-IT-Support besitzt und diese perfektionieren willst., * Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d), Informatikkaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem Helpdesk-System
 * Begeisterung für ein komplexes technisches Aufgabengebiet
 * Erfahrungen mit Windows Serversystemen / Active Directory sind von Vorteil
 * Gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
 * Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denken sowie Teamgeist und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
 * Leidenschaft für Deinen Job, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und die Gabe, sich in die Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen der Anwender hineindenken zu können

## Description

* Client Support durch Annahme von Störungsmeldungen und weitergehende Analyse von Fehlersituationen (incident & problem management)
 * Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen, z. B. bei Eintritt bzw. Austritt von Mitarbeitenden oder der Beschaffung von Equipment und Software (service request management)
 * Pflege der Nutzerkonten und Zugriffsberechtigungen auf Clientseite
 * Aufbau / Installation und Wartung / Update des technischen Arbeitsplatzequipments (Hard- und Software)
 * Monitoring der Systeme und Komponenten zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs
