* Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und Erarbeitung von Lösungsstrategien
 * Prozess- und systembezogene Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche
 * Konzeption und Einführung von SAP-Modulen und -Prozessen
 * Steuerung und Ausführung des SAP-Supports mit Schwerpunkt MM, SD, PP, PS, HCM
 * Erfahrung in der Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern
 * Leitung von Projekten und fachliche Führung der Key-User
 * Planung und Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen für Key-User
 * Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer SAP-Systemlandschaft
