* Technisches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, abgeschlossene IT-Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich mit sehr guten IT-Allrounder-Kenntnissen (Schwerpunkte: Microsoft 365 Cloud, Citrix-Lösungen, Windows Enterprise-Infrastrukturen, Mobile Device-Management, Webapplikationen, Webdienste und Schnittstellen, Datenbanken)
 * Erfahrungen in Umgang mit komplexen Netzwerk- und Sicherheitsanforderungen
 * Einschlägige Erfahrungen im IT-Projektmanagement
 * Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (PRINCE2, Scrum-Master oder PMP)
 * KI-Erfahrung ist wünschenswert
 * Datenschutzkenntnisse
 * Führungserfahrung ist wünschenswert

 * Strategisches Gesamt-IT- und Digitalisierungskonzept des GDV
 * Projektplanung und Projektorganisation von IT-Projekten
 * Steuern und Kontrollieren der externen Dienstleister (m/w/d)
 * Definition und Einführung neuer IT-Lösungen
 * Führung der gesamten Vertrags- und Kostenkontrolle
