 * Erfahrung im (Multi-)Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise agile Vorgehensweise nach Scrum
 * Moderner Führungsstil, der durch partnerschaftliche Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitenden und regelmäßiges konstruktives Feedback geprägt ist
 * Hoher Gestaltungswille kombiniert mit unternehmerischem Denken und hoher Sozialkompetenz
 * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine lösungs- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Konzepte und Lösungen
 * ITIL-Kenntnisse - Zertifizierung von Vorteil

## Description

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie ganzheitliche Weiterentwicklung (inkl. Ressourcenplanung) von ca. 10 internen sowie weiteren, externen Mitarbeitenden
 * Planung und Steuerung der Konzeptions- und Entwicklungsaufgaben in SAP ERP (FI/CO, SD/MM) / SAP EWM / SAP HCM / SAP BW/BO / SAP PI) sowie weiterer individueller Softwarelösungen auf Basis SAP
 * Sicherstellung eines kunden- und serviceorientierten Anwendungsbetriebs und -supports sowie Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern
 * Mitarbeit bei der Gestaltung und Einführung einheitlicher Konzeptions- und Entwicklungsprozesse
 * Begleitung von Unternehmensaudits
 * Beauftragung und Steuerung externer Software-Entwicklungspartner sowie Mitarbeit bei Vertragsangelegenheiten mit externen Dienstleistern
