 * Vertrautheit mit Gesetzen und Verordnungen wie dem BSI-Gesetz 2.0, KRITIS-Verordnung, NIS/NIS-2 Richtlinien
 * Fähigkeiten im Prozess- und Projektmanagement
 * Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
 * Starke soziale Kompetenz und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
 * Bereitschaft zur Rufbereitschaft
 * Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Reisebereitschaft (hauptsächlich in Hessen)
 * Führerschein Klasse B

## Description

* Sie sind verantwortlich für die Planung und Umsetzung eines Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) gemäß BSI 200-4 Standards
 * Sie analysieren die Rahmenbedingungen für das BCMS, dokumentieren diese und erstellen eine BCM-Leitlinie
 * Der Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Business Continuity Management Systems liegen in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich
 * Sie entwickeln ein Notfallvorsorgekonzept für ekom21
 * Die Durchführung von Business-Impact-Analysen (BIA) und Soll-Ist-Vergleichen basierend auf den BIA-Ergebnissen gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben
