## Description

* Ausbau, Administration, Monitoring und Optimierung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, Router, Switche)
 * Administration und Installation der Serverlandschaft (VMware, Windows Server, Citrix, HCL Notes)
 * Problemanalyse, Fehlerbehebung und Support im Hard- und Softwarebereich, server- / clientseitig
 * Aufnahme von Anforderungen, Erstellung und Abstimmung technischer Konzepte
 * Dokumentationen der umgesetzten Lösungen
 * Steuerung und Überwachung externer Dienstleister
 * 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
 * Support bei Anwenderproblemen in der Zentrale und den Geschäftsstellen in Frankfurt am Main
