 * Erfahrung im Aufbau und Einsatz von Vorhersagemodellen und skalierbaren Datenpipelines
 * Erfahrung mit Programmiersprachen (Python) und Cloud-Systemen (Databricks, MLflow, Azure Machine Learning)
 * Fließende Englischkenntnisse und die Fähigkeit, komplexe und technische Sachverhalte einem breit gefächerten Publikum klar zu vermitteln; Deutschkenntnisse sind ein klarer Vorteil
 * Sicheres Auftreten, Überzeugungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen
