## Description

* Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden sowie der Geschäftsbereiche des Kunden bei IT- und Serviceanliegen vor Ort
 * Bereitstellung von fachlicher Expertise sowie administrativer Unterstützung im Bereich Arbeitsplatz- und Serviceleistungen
 * Betreuung und Support von Digital-Workplace-Services am Kundenstandort
 * Unterstützung und Verwaltung mobiler Endgeräte (Mobile Device Services)
 * Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests im Rahmen des 2nd-Level-Supports
 * Analyse, Priorisierung und Lösung von Störungen sowie Nachverfolgung offener Tickets
 * Direkte Kommunikation und Betreuung der Endanwender vor Ort
 * Sicherstellung der Serviceerbringung gemäß vereinbarter Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
 * Unterstützung des Service-Level-Managements und Einhaltung definierter Qualitätsstandards
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Support-Teams zur nachhaltigen Problemlösung
 * Dokumentation von Supportfällen sowie Pflege relevanter Wissensdatenbanken und Service-Dokumentationen
