* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Retail
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP Retail sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP CAR, SAP Industry Cloud Solutions oder SAP ERP Public Cloud
 * Sehr gutes Verständnis von Handelsprozessen, Omnichannel-Strategien und digitalen POS-Lösungen
 * Strukturierte, selbstständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen Reisen innerhalb Deutschlands (aktuell nur ca. 2-3 Mal im Jahr)

* Beratung von Kunden bei der Analyse und Optimierung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse
 * Aufnahme fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen sowie Entwicklung passender Lösungskonzepte
 * Konfiguration und Customizing von SAP-Lösungen
 * Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Tests sowie Begleitung von Systemeinführungen
 * Mitarbeit in Projekten rund um SAP S/4HANA Retail, SAP CAR, SAP BTP und weitere SAP Industry Cloud Solutions
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen SAP-Berater:innen sowie dem Center of Excellence
 * Beobachtung aktueller SAP-Trends und aktive Mitgestaltung neuer Beratungsansätze
