## Description

* Durchführung von Installationen und Konfigurationen von Hardware und Software vor Ort beim Kunden sowie Pflege der relevanten Dokumentation

Hauptansprechpartner für Kunden in allen IT- und Sicherheitsfragen, einschließlich der Abwehr von Cyberangriffen
Bearbeitung von Incidents, Service Requests und Changes im erweiterten First- und Second-Level-Support, sowie Eskalationsstelle für größere IT-Störungen
Aktive Teilnahme an den DE-Teamsitzungen und Weiterleitung von IT-Kommunikation bei wichtigen Service- und Projektaktualisierungen
Verantwortlich für die interne Standard-IT, ISC-Tools und -Prozesse, sowie Ansprechpartner für IT-Partner und Lieferanten; zusätzlich teilweise als R&M-Backup im 2nd/Level-Support tätig
