Du übernimmst eine Schlüsselfunktion in einem IT-Operations-Team und gestaltest die Sicherheit und Stabilität unserer Systemlandschaft aktiv mit. Du arbeitest fachlich mit modernen ESM- und Service-Management-Plattformen sowie mit Sicherheitsstandards und Infrastruktur- und Cloud-Technologien. Bei uns findest du Raum für persönliche Weiterentwicklung, Mitgestaltung und die Möglichkeit, Prozesse nachhaltig zu verbessern. Wir bieten flexible Arbeitsmodelle, ein unterstützendes Team und klare Karrierepfade für deine Weiterentwicklung., * Koordinieren der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Controls und sicherheitsrelevanten Maßnahmen in der Systemumgebung

 * Steuern von Maßnahmen inklusive Monitoring, Reporting und Eskalationsmanagement
 * Durchführen regelmäßiger Reviews des Control-Frameworks und Ableiten von Verbesserungen
 * Begleiten und Dokumentieren interner Auditaktivitäten sowie Koordination externer Prüfungen
 * Optimieren von IT-Serviceprozessen auf Basis von ITIL-Prinzipien und Operational Excellence
 * Weiterentwickeln und betreuen von ESM-Tools wie Matrix42 und vergleichbaren Plattformen
 * Erstellen managementgerechter Reports zu Risiken, Audits und Maßnahmen
