* Betrieb, Betreuung und Support von Mobile-Device-Management-Lösungen für iOS- und Windows-Endgeräte im Bildungsumfeld
 * Technische Unterstützung und Beratung von Kunden bei schulischen IT-Lösungen
 * Erstellung und Umsetzung kundenspezifischer IT- und MDM-Konzepte
 * Mitwirkung bei der Migration bestehender MDM-Systeme (z. B. zu Relution, Jamf oder vergleichbaren Lösungen)
 * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Gestaltung eines Lösungsportfolios für den Bereich Schul-IT
 * Mitarbeit im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support, insbesondere bei Fragestellungen rund um Schul-IT
 * Analyse von Störungen sowie Erarbeitung nachhaltiger Lösungen
