## About the Role

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Design and Development Live Tier 2 in Tampa, FL. Summary: We are seeking a Senior Learning and Development Project Associate to support the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of learning and development initiatives across the organization. This role will partner with stakeholders, trainers, instructional designers, and business leaders to ensure training programs are executed efficiently and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong project coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing multiple learning initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities, * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Education, Communications, or related field preferred

 * 3+ years of Learning and Development, Training, HR, Project Coordination, or related experience
 * Experience coordinating multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
 * Strong project management and organizational skills
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
 * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
 * Experience tracking deliverables, budgets, schedules, and project milestones
 * Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Learning Management System (LMS) experience
 * Experience supporting training, onboarding, or organizational development initiatives
 * Knowledge of adult learning principles
 * Experience with learning analytics and reporting
 * Exposure to instructional design or content development
 * Experience supporting enterprise-wide training initiatives

## Description

* Coordinate and manage learning and development projects from initiation through implementation
 * Support the planning, scheduling, and delivery of training programs and learning initiatives
 * Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, track milestones, and ensure project success
 * Manage project timelines, deliverables, communications, and status reporting
 * Coordinate training logistics, participant enrollment, communications, and materials
 * Support onboarding, leadership development, compliance, systems, and professional development programs
 * Track training completion, participation metrics, and program effectiveness
 * Assist with learning content updates, documentation, process improvements, and knowledge management activities
 * Collaborate with facilitators, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to support program delivery
 * Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns when appropriate
 * Support reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives related to learning programs
