In this role, you will orchestrate work across internal IT and business teams, external implementation vendors, and executive stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes on time and on budget. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of hands-on project management experience and deep, recent expertise delivering Salesforce solutions - with a particular focus on Salesforce Field Service Management. You will own the full project lifecycle: shaping scope and business cases, managing budgets and vendor contracts, driving delivery through Agile and hybrid methodologies, and communicating status and risk to senior leadership.
