* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
 * 7+ years of programming analysis experience.
 * Strong scripting and API development experience.
 * Hands-on experience with AWS services.
 * Strong understanding of databases, data discovery, and enterprise data platforms.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Preferred Qualifications
 * Experience with BigID or similar data privacy/governance platforms.
 * Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, SharePoint, and enterprise repositories.
 * Experience in hybrid cloud environments.
 * Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and data privacy compliance.
 * Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Expert Programmer Analyst - Technical Lead to serve as the technical authority for the BigID platform, providing architectural leadership, platform strategy, and technical guidance. This role will lead platform enhancements, support cloud-based solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the platform remains secure, scalable, and compliant., * Serve as the technical lead and SME for the BigID platform.

 * Provide architecture, design, and integration guidance.
 * Lead platform enhancements and resolve complex technical issues.
 * Collaborate with Privacy, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
 * Design and maintain API integrations and scripting solutions.
 * Mentor support teams and work closely with the BigID vendor.
 * Support AWS-hosted and hybrid cloud environments.
