Preferred to Have: * Experience with both SQL and Python * Experience in Insurance or Financial Services ## Description This role is responsible for leading strategic business intelligence and management information initiatives that support business execution, operational reviews, and informed decision-making across the organization. The position provides leadership and direction to direct reports, promotes staff development and engagement, and ensures work is delegated effectively to meet business and customer needs. It also identifies and evaluates innovative business solutions, industry concepts, and supporting technologies that improve productivity and deliver measurable business value. In partnership with engineering, architecture, IT, and Information Delivery teams, the role ensures accurate, timely, and reliable data availability from source systems through Fabric and semantic models to support daily, monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.
