* 5+ years of software development experience.
 * 3+ years of experience developing and operating distributed systems in production.
 * 2+ years of experience writing backend code in Rust.
 * Proficient with AI tools.
 * Experience with Kubernetes and Docker containers.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Strong Product oriented mind-set.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
