## Description

EPS Company is seeking a highly skilled Client Systems Support professional to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair IT systems at Shaw Air Force Base. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless IT operations and compliance with DoD and AFCENT standards., * Provide prioritized service restoration as per the Escalation Matrix.

 * Instruct users on system operations and report unauthorized hardware/software changes.

 * Manage Help Desk tickets, ensuring proper documentation of all actions.

 * Support inspections, audits, and comply with Information Assurance standards.

 * Maintain equipment accountability, track hardware lifecycle, and ensure proper disposal per regulations.

 * Liaise with CST shop for iPhone management and provide knowledge transfer for office continuity.

 * Maintain warehouse facilities and transport hardware as required.

 * Develop and submit Client Systems Support Monthly Status Reports.
