## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree with ten (10) years of relevant experience; OR
 * Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience with no degree required., * Experience supporting enterprise telecommunications and network environments.
 * Familiarity with network routing and switching technologies.
 * Experience with infrastructure monitoring and ticketing systems.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
 * Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 operational environment.

Clearance Requirement

 * Active TS/SCI clearance required.

## Description

We are seeking a Telecommunications / Network Support Specialist to support mission-critical infrastructure and telecommunications operations in a 24/7 operational environment. The selected candidate will provide infrastructure monitoring, telecommunications support, network maintenance, and operational coordination for supported systems and mission activities.

This role requires coordination with ISP and Gateway GES watch staff, customers, and technical support teams to ensure timely event notification, operational response, and infrastructure support., * Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications systems.

 * Provide 24/7 mission and infrastructure monitoring, notification, administrative support, logging, ticketing, and reporting for supported systems.
 * Coordinate with ISP and Gateway GES watch staff for situational awareness and operational support actions.
 * Coordinate with customers and support personnel to provide notification and response to event activity.
 * Perform router and switch updates in support of security actions and operational requirements.
 * Support network operations and ensure availability of mission infrastructure.
 * Document incidents, maintenance activities, and operational actions.
 * Assist with troubleshooting telecommunications and network infrastructure issues.
