## About the Role

* 2+ years of workstation, desktop support, or help desk experience.
 * 2+ years of customer service experience.
 * Experience using IT ticketing systems.
 * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
 * Basic understanding of PC hardware, networking, LAN/WAN, client/server environments, and Windows operating systems.
 * High School Diploma or GED.
 * Valid driver's license.., * Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field.
 * OR Technical School training in Computers, Technology, Electronics, or related field.
 * Experience supporting computers in a professional environment.

Physical Requirements

 * Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
 * Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and work with arms above shoulder level.
 * Ability to distinguish colors.

## Description

We are seeking a Workstation Technician to support end users by installing, configuring, relocating, troubleshooting, and repairing computer hardware and software. The ideal candidate has workstation/help desk experience, excellent customer service skills, and enjoys providing hands-on technical support in a healthcare environment., * Configure, install, and deploy desktop and laptop hardware.

 * Label and document equipment according to company standards.
 * Troubleshoot and repair workstation hardware and software issues.
 * Relocate and install equipment for various departments.
 * Provide exceptional onsite technical support and customer service.
 * Coordinate with Help Desk, Applications, and Infrastructure teams.
 * Maintain inventory of IT equipment and installation supplies.
 * Process equipment according to IT security policies.
 * Document work using ticketing systems.
 * Assist end users with basic hardware and software questions.
