## Description

* Manage the full lifecycle of online surveys, including opening, closing, and monitoring survey activities.
 * Communicate with healthcare providers regarding survey completion and follow up with non-responders.
 * Review survey data for accuracy and identify inconsistencies.
 * Coordinate with IT to resolve hardware, software, and system issues.
 * Provide technical support and guidance to staff.
 * Maintain compliance with data collection policies and standard operating procedures.
