* Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillars: Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, and Focused Improvement
 * Apply Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) to optimize strategies and extend asset life
 * Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and FMEA to solve chronic issues and boost reliability
 * Champion condition-based monitoring (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis) for early failure detection
 * Influence capital projects with a focus on long-term reliability and maintainability
 * Coach teams on TPM and RCM principles to build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
