This role partners closely with operations, IT, and business leaders to translate complex business challenges into scalable, secure, and practical AI solutions that deliver measurable business value., * Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools, applications, and intelligent workflows that improve business and operational performance. * Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and transform operational challenges into scalable AI solutions. * Build and integrate AI systems, agents, and automation solutions using APIs, large language models (LLMs), and enterprise technologies. * Establish prompt engineering, validation, governance, and monitoring practices to ensure reliable, secure, and responsible AI outcomes. * Create user-friendly interfaces, dashboards, and tools that enable adoption of AI capabilities across technical and non-technical teams. * Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to Loenbro's long-term AI strategy, architecture, and innovation roadmap, The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
