Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Strong technical coordination and stakeholder engagement skills * Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities * Ability to translate mission needs into actionable technical support efforts * Strong organizational and project tracking skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic mission environment * Ability to provide concise, mission-focused recommendations to senior leaders ## Description Parra Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking a Technical Advisor to support DEVCOM/C5ISR efforts aligned to U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Science & Technology priorities. This position provides senior-level technical, operational, analytical, and program coordination support across a broad portfolio of emerging threat, counter-UAS, experimentation, and technology integration initiatives. The role supports mission-focused assessments, testing and evaluation activities, operational capability development, and coordination with Government, interagency, laboratory, and international mission partners throughout the SOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility.
