 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams.

## Description

We are looking for a Specialist - Salesforce CRM to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions that drive our global CRM landscape. This role combines hands-on Salesforce development, CRM Analytics, integrations, release management, and L2 application support while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders across the organization., * Design, develop, and implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

 * Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration technologies.
 * Utilize CRM Analytics to support business reporting and data-driven decision-making.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
 * Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality and reliable solutions.
 * Manage Salesforce release cycles, including deployments, sandbox management, and version control activities.
 * Provide L2 support and resolve Salesforce production issues while ensuring high-quality support for global users.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, configurations, integrations, and support processes.
 * Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and implement development standards and best practices.
 * Work closely with administrators, architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver business value through Salesforce solutions.
