Demonstrated experience applying Agile software methodology and principles in technical environments. Required Clearance: * Active DoD SECRET Clearance * Must be able to maintain clearance level and meet all program security requirements. ## Description * Apply full lifecycle software development processes to support Navy software maintenance activities. * Develop and refine technical specifications, functional requirements, and interface documentation. * Analyze, design, and optimize processes supporting complex Navy systems, including logistics, maintenance, or C4ISR workflows. * Perform advanced analytical and logical problem-solving to support technical decision-making. * Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative delivery in accordance with Navy and DoW Agile standards. * Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, program, and fleet stakeholders to ensure accurate requirement interpretation and solution alignment. * Provide senior-level insight into system behavior, user impacts, and mission outcomes to guide digital modernization efforts. ## Related Videos - [You’re a great coder?
