The successful candidate will assist with device deployment, user account administration, endpoint management, and troubleshooting using Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft InTune, and JAMF. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of IT support experience looking to develop their skills in a modern cloud-managed environment. Reporting directly to the IT Manager Americas, and working alongside team members based in Chicago, IL. This will be a hybrid position based in Chicago, IL on site at the client.
