Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, or AI-enabled solutions * Hands-on experience applying the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, OWASP Agentic AI Security Guidance, and modern AI security best practices to secure AI-enabled cloud solutions. * Deep understanding of identity and access management, encryption, data protection, and DevSecOps practices * Hands-on experience with security technologies such as SIEM, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence * Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences * Experience supporting enterprise security assessments, audits, or customer-facing security engagements * Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior security leaders, * Experience with AI red teaming, adversarial testing, or AI model evaluation frameworks * AWS Security Specialty, CISSP, CCSP, GIAC, or similar certifications * Experience with Infrastructure as Code and security automation * Background in SaaS or cloud-native software organizations #LI-Remote ## Description We are seeking a AI & Cloud Security Consultant to join the North American Security, Privacy & Compliance Centre of Excellence (COE SPC). This role is ideal for an experienced cloud or security professional who has built, secured, operated, or defended enterprise cloud environments and is ready to transition into a highly technical customer-facing consulting role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex security challenges and wants to help customers securely adopt AI-powered cloud technologies. This is not a compliance, GRC, or traditional pre-sales solution consulting role. You will work directly with enterprise security teams to advise on AI and cloud security, communicate the security capabilities of Genesys Cloud, and support customer security reviews, technical assessments, and audit engagements.
