## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
 * 8-12+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership roles. Manufacturing and distribution experience a plus.
 * Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), cybersecurity, enterprise applications and regulatory compliance.
 * Proven experience managing teams, budgets, and complex projects.
 * Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.

Preferred Certifications:

 * CISSP, CISM, or similar security certifications
 * ITIL Foundation or higher
 * PMP or equivalent project management certification
 * Cloud certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect)

## Description

* Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy and long-term technology roadmap.
 * Oversee daily IT operations, including networks, servers, cloud environments, and enterprise applications.
 * Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including threat monitoring, incident response, compliance, and risk management.
 * Manage and mentor IT staff, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and service excellence.
 * Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements.
 * Build and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective technology investments and strong ROI.
 * Lead major IT projects such as system upgrades, cloud migrations, ERP/CRM implementations, and security enhancements.
 * Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of all critical systems.
 * Maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, company JSOX requirements and parent company rules.
 * Champion change management and user adoption across the organization.
 * Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
 * Oversee the management of corporate help desk activities and resolve escalated issues if necessary
