 * Power Automate (flows, connectors, approvals)
 * Dataverse (tables, relationships, security)
 * Code Apps
 * Hands-on experience applying AI and automation tooling to accelerate development workflows (Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or equivalent)
 * Experience with Azure DevOps
 * Documentation
 * SDLC
 * Git-based source control with branching strategies (GitFlow or trunk-based)
 * Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, boards, repos, and release management, * AI / Automation Experience
 * Spec driven development process
 * Working proficiency with C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
 * Excellent English
 * Work directly with business users and IT governance
 * API and Integration Development experience o API and integration development using REST APIs, webhooks, and message-based patterns
 * Experience consuming and exposing OData services for data integration and external system connectivity
 * Proficiency with JSON, XML, and common serialization/deserialization patterns
 * Understanding of data pipelines and staging
 * MS Fabric
 * Lakehouse concepts
 * Familiar with D365 FO architecture

Power Platform developer to support expanding portfolio of ERP, CRM, AI, and automation initiatives., * Accelerate delivery and support high-priority efforts for automation workflows and AI-driven solutions

 * Support and operationalize solutions that require ongoing enhancement and integration into governed data pipelines
 * Provide proper documentation and production-level support to ensure solutions can be scaled and sustained beyond their initial development
 * Maintain enterprise development standards ensuring all solutions are built with proper security, testing, documentation, and structured deployment practices, rather than one-off or unsupported applications
