Job Type: Full-time ## Description * Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, routers, and VPN solutions. * Manage remote access and site-to-site VPN connectivity for employees and business partners. * Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, and Remote Desktop Services. * Deploy, maintain, and support VMware virtual infrastructure and virtual machines. * Monitor and maintain network, server, and endpoint security, including firewall rules and antivirus solutions. * Troubleshoot infrastructure, connectivity, performance, and end-user issues across the organization. * Manage desktop imaging, software deployment, updates, and lifecycle management. * Oversee backup systems, disaster recovery planning, and recovery testing. * Monitor SAN storage and assist with capacity planning and upgrades. * Maintain datacenter equipment including racks, servers, UPS systems, cooling systems, and cabling. * Lead infrastructure upgrade planning and technology recommendations. * Manage hardware, software, licensing, vendor relationships, and technology purchasing. * Create and maintain network diagrams, system documentation, SOPs, and asset inventories. * Develop, review, and maintain IT security policies and procedures.
