With a 125-year history of supporting individuals and families of all faiths, JF&CS provides essential services across more than 25 programs. Behind that work are systems, processes, forms, reports, and data that need to work reliably for the people who depend on them. The north star for this role is simple: make it easier for our staff to do their best work. The Role at a Glance * Agency-wide, hands-on technology role * Provides hands-on support for Salesforce administration and optimization * Partners with program, administrative, and fundraising teams * Improves processes, workflows, data, and reporting * Trains and supports staff with different levels of technical comfort This role blends technical skill with problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building. You will need to understand both the system and the people using it. Success will not be measured by how much technology you introduce, but by whether that technology helps JF&CS work more effectively.
