## About the Role

* Hardcore work ethic and high agency
 * Familiar with on-call schedule
 * At least 5+ years experience in a role exposed to scalability and improvements
 * At least 3+ years experience with terraform (IaaC)
 * At least 5+ years of experience with AWS
 * Backend fundamentals on python
 * Experience in observability (open telemetry)
Nice to have:

 * Experience on at least one project at scale (1M users> or similar)
 * Hands-on in backend development and system design
 * Active github

## Description

* Improve reliability of our systems
 * Build & maintain our main infrastructure (Terraform)
 * Deploy & enhance CI/CD pipeline
 * Build insights & monitoring pipeline for our systems (OpenTelemetry standard)
 * Improve security and development experience, * Pragmatic: you like to move forward and make decisions based in reality (not theory). We don't debate if Cassandra has the most theoretical scalability - we use Postgres until it breaks
