## About the Role

* Certified QuickBooks Online Advanced or QuickBooks Desktop Proadvisor preferred.
 * Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
 * One year of Bookkeeping/Accounting experience is preferred.
 * With a business degree school or account background is strongly preferred
 * Team player
 * Time management, multi-tasking, and adapting to priority changes is a must
 * Must be willing to occasionally work after business hours or weekends for support
 * Must be a fast, self-motivated learner and problem solver
 * Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
 * Must have good communication skills both verbal and written.
 * Must pass a drug screening test and criminal background check.

## Description

* Remote/onsite support to QuickBooks accounting system.
 * On-boarding ERP accounting systems to QuickBooks including data conversion, etc.
 * Consult and advise customers with QuickBooks, bookkeeping questions, or issues
 * Provide QuickBooks go-live and post-go-live support including balance sheet, P&L, inventory adjustment, etc.
 * Train users on the use of QuickBooks and configure QuickBooks software to the customer's specifications.
