Master's degree preferred, * Effective team and leadership communication skills * Advanced business acumen and collaboration skills * Demonstrated analytical, organization, interpersonal, and leadership skills as well as aptitude for conflict resolution and problem solving * Team and staff capability development skills * Fast-paced and detail-oriented worker who takes ownership and leadership over complex and ambiguous topics or initiatives. * Knowledge in human resource operations, financial and accounting operations, supply chain management, and payroll operations. * Executive presence with the ability to lead, educate, energize, and coach staff, business partners, and executives to work towards shared goals * Results and KPI driven mindset ## Description The Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Enterprise Resource Planning Applications Director will serve as the product owner for the ERP system. They will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the ERP ecosystem and will be accountable for achieving strategic performance goals set by executive leadership. The Director, Enterprise Resource Planning will be responsible for creating and maintaining a governance structure for prioritization of work for all domains, while ensuring the successful transition of team members to a centralized support model in order to stabilize and optimize ERP Workday systems and processes.
