This position focuses on helping residential and commercial customers successfully install, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize thermal label printers across Windows, macOS, Ethernet, USB, and network environments. The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical problems, communicating with customers, and working with both software and hardware.
