## About the Role

Candidates with CompTIA A+ Certification, HDI Support Center Analyst Certification, or ITIL Certification are highly preferred., * Bachelor's degree OR a minimum of 4 years of experience supporting enterprise IT environments.

 * Ability to obtain a TWIC card.
 * Experience with IT ticketing systems, Asset management systems, Printer support, Video conferencing equipment and platforms

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience supporting or working with ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, MESD, Enovia, AutoCAD, and/or SolidWorks

## Description

[Confidential] is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Technologist II to join our Client Services team in Houston, Texas. This is a fully onsite position supporting end users and business operations through technical troubleshooting, hardware deployment, software support, and IT service delivery., * Provide onsite and remote support for end users across a variety of hardware, software, and business applications.

 * Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, mobile device, printer, and peripheral issues.
 * Monitor and manage IT support tickets.
 * Prioritize and resolve requests in a timely manner while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
 * Troubleshoot Microsoft-based environments and user access issues.
 * Maintain accurate inventory records for hardware and software assets.
 * Track equipment deployment, stock levels, purchases, and replacements.
 * Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, resolutions, and inventory records.
 * Create user guides and conduct training sessions as needed.
 * Perform preventative maintenance, software updates, and system optimizations.
 * Identify and address recurring technical issues before they impact operations.
