Additional experience may be substituted for a degree. * Experience/familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SLDC) and basic testing concepts (test cases, test plans, defect tracking, regression testing, etc.). * Experience in software testing, system administration, and/or quality assurance. * Experience executing test cases and documenting results clearly and accurately. * Ability to log, track, and retest defects using a bug-tracking tool (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar). * Basic skills with SQL or data verification (e.g., validating results in a database or log files). * Experience working with physical hardware and equipment for software integration. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate clearly with other testers, developers, system engineers, and other stakeholders. * Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to follow test scripts and procedures. * Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new tools and technologies. * Clearance Required: Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph., * Experience participating in formal test events such as Acceptance Test, User Acceptance Test, Software Final Release Test, Maintenance Release Test, etc.. * Experience/familiarity with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD). * Experience using automated test tools. * Experience with programming and scripting languages (i.e., Java, shell, Python, etc). * Experience working on an Agile program.
