## About the Role

This is a hands-on development position best suited for someone with deep Workday technical expertise, strong integration experience, and the ability to troubleshoot and build scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, Supply Chain, or Benefits functions is preferred, but candidates with strong technical Workday integration experience from any Workday module will be considered., * 5+ years of hands-on Workday Integration Development experience.

 * Strong experience with:

 * Workday Studio

 * EIB

 * Core Connectors

 * Workday Web Services

 * REST/SOAP APIs

 * XML, XSLT, XPath, and JSON

 * Experience integrating Workday with external enterprise applications and vendor platforms.

 * Strong software development and debugging skills.

 * Experience troubleshooting complex integration and data flow issues.

 * Ability to work directly with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

 * Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience supporting Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, or Supply Chain modules.

 * Workday Integration Certification.

 * Workday Extend and/or Workday Orchestrate experience.

 * Experience with Workday Reporting or Prism Analytics.

 * Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

 * Experience supporting Open Enrollment projects highly preferred., We're looking for a true Workday technical developer who understands integrations inside and out. The ideal candidate has a strong development mindset, experience building complex Workday integrations, and can quickly contribute to critical business initiatives with minimal ramp-up time. Candidates with experience in either HR/HCM environments or Finance/Supply Chain ecosystems will both be considered if they possess strong Workday integration expertise.

## Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly technical Workday Integration Developer to support critical enterprise initiatives, including upcoming Open Enrollment projects and ongoing Workday integration efforts. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting complex integrations between Workday and various internal and third-party systems.
