+ Bachelor's degree and 3+ years experience

 + Proven ability to develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer/Workflow

 + Experience building ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

 + Familiarity working within Agile development environments

 + Ability to support ITSM implementations and platform configuration

 + Experience with custom application development

 + Active Security+ certification

 + Active TS/SCI clearance at start, with ability to obtain a CI Poly

In this role, you will:

 + Research, design, develop, and enhance enterprise-wide applications and platforms

 + Ensure all software meets compliance, quality, and security standards

 + Evaluate how systems, software, and hardware integrate and interact

 + Document testing, updates, fixes, and enhancements to ensure long-term stability
