In this role you would provide support for both our Assisted Service and Self-Service teams, specifically focused on Salesforce, NICE systems, Baymax+, Snowflake, Tableau, Sprout Social, and related adjunct platforms. Ensuring these systems operate cohesively within Disney's broader technology ecosystem.
