This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations, maintaining end-user hardware and software, and ensuring the reliability of our office network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, Windows environments, Microsoft 365 administration, and basic network infrastructure. You will work closely with our headquarters IT team to support network projects, optimize IT operations, and ensure a reliable technology environment for our employees.
