In this role, you will provide first-line technical support across office and manufacturing environments, helping employees maintain reliable technology while supporting the organization's IT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives., Required * High school diploma or GED. * 1-3 years of IT support, help desk, internship, or related technical experience. * Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365. * Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPN. * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, customer service, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office and manufacturing environment.
